Facilitation Experience

become a facilitator of innovation projects using design thinking_

 

Facilitation Experience will teach participants the pillar skills of facilitation, empowering them to focus on discussions and handle conflict. Participants will leave this course fully capacitated to mediate groups in the process of innovatively building creative solutions based on Design Thinking. 

The course exposes its participants to extreme situations which mirror real-life conflicts that take place inside an innovation project room. There is theory, there are role-playing opportunities, and there are constant evaluations to determine progress.
